John Hughes — Son of Celtic

John is a passionate Celtic fan with the great good fortune to have been born into the Celtic family. Youngest son of the legendary Celtic player John ‘Yogi’ Hughes.

John is a legacy celt who shares his family’s love for the Club. The romance, the charity, the glory and the history that have infused his being, exactly as they did his father’s.

Having been a contributor to a Celtic podcast for several years, and establishing a notable online presence, John finally decided to combine his two great loves, writing and Celtic, in order to fully express his opinion on all Celtic matters, having been frustrated by the limitations & irrational nature of social media.

It is John’s hope to foster a community of diverging opinions but mutual respect, with a foundation of love for Celtic and a desire to see the club achieve it’s potential on all fronts.
